What does a home organization session look like?
A typical organizing session is usually 3-4 hours.
We’ll meet in your home or office and discuss your goals and challenges for the space.
As we’re talking, I’ll form an initial plan to organize and optimize the space based on your needs and wants.
We’ll go through the plan, and then dive into making the initial steps of the plan happen.
I’ll do as much of the literal heavy lifting as needed.
Before you feel emotionally, mentally, or physically spent, we’ll wrap up.
We’ll discuss homework designed to help you make progress between organizing sessions and practice the new skills you’ve learned during the session.
I’ll load up my car with any donations so that you immediately feel and see a difference in your space.
The next session starts with a review of homework progress, celebrating wins and troubleshooting challenges before starting the next steps of the organizing plan for your space.
Will you work with my partner, child, or housemates?
If they're game, yes!
I work with adults and kids (8 and up), couples together or individually, and unpartnered housemates to create a more organized and optimized space for all.
How long will it take?
Each space and every client is different, so there's no set timeframe since so much depends on the individual's readiness and decision making speed.
No matter what, you'll see results right away!
I match the speed of my clients, giving nudges when there’s the opportunity.

How much do your organizing services cost?
My current rate is $100 per hour for in person or virtual organizing sessions and $300 for a Home Organization Audit.
Are you going to make me throw my stuff away?
Nope. You are the ultimate decision maker for everything. Nothing will leave your space that you don’t want to part with.
What should I buy before the first session?
If you’re like most people, you already enough container options already. We’ll work with what you have, and if necessary, we’ll make a plan for any purchases together.
Should I clean or try to sort through items before the first organizing session?
Please don’t! You can clear your sink of dirty dishes and run the vacuum cleaner, but beyond that, please don’t try to get a head start.
It’s most helpful for me to see the space as it normally is since I’ll be able to tell what systems you need.
You can best prepare by eating breakfast or lunch before I come. This’ll help calm first meeting jitters and get you into a good mindset, ready to make decisions about your space.
Will you teach me to be organized?
Absolutely! You’ll learn tips and strategies you can apply to other spaces in your home or office throughout the organizing process. See what clients have had to say about this.
I don’t live in the Cleveland area. Can we still work together?
Heck yes! If you’re outside of the Greater Cleveland area, virtual organizing and coaching may be right for you.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, in certain situations where the recipient has asked for help getting organized. Even if your loved one needs my help, they need to be on board first. Call me and let’s talk!
